Who we are

Professional childcare in a warm, home-like environment.

At Talia's Teddies, we pride ourselves on offering a childcare experience that is truly unique.

Our settings are different because we provide care in a warm, homely environment—caring for your children in our own houses where they can feel comfortable, secure, and part of the family. This personal, nurturing atmosphere allows children to develop and grow at their own pace while feeling safe and loved.

At the same time, we ensure that your child receives all the developmental support they need, just as they would in a nursery setting. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines closely, offering structured learning opportunities that support your child's growth in every area—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

We are fully Ofsted registered, with all required certifications and training in place, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing that your child is receiving the highest standard of care.

What makes us truly special is that we are a dedicated team of childminders working together, sharing our skills, knowledge, and love for working with children. Our team approach ensures that your child benefits from a well-rounded, high-quality care experience that combines the best aspects of both home care and professional childcare settings.

At Talia’s Teddies, we are committed to providing a personalized, loving, and developmentally enriching environment for your child, helping them build a strong foundation for the future while enjoying every moment of their early years.

A day at Talia's Teddies

A day full of
little adventures.

Not a timetable to rush through. A happy rhythm filled with friendships, fresh air, imagination and all the little moments children remember.

Coats come off, little stories begin and familiar friends find one another. Nobody is rushed—the day starts softly, at each child’s own pace.

From a splash of paint to a whole make-believe world, play becomes meaningful learning without ever feeling like a lesson.

Puddles, leaves, sand and changing seasons give children room to move, wonder and discover the world with all their senses.

After home-cooked food, cosy rest and kind routines, children finish the day feeling secure, proud and already excited to come back.

My son started part time at around 12 months. I was very nervous about how the transition would go, but the team were fantastic at being adaptable towards him. He’s now enjoying being there—which I never thought would happen.
